3:57pm- wednesdays are my 'intellectual' days. earlier today, my group mates and i decided to change the lay out of our research design; opting to use intrinsic AND extrinsic job satisfactions, organisational support as our independant variables and the affective commitment as our dependant variables. which is good coz our project is now made simpler (analogically anyways), but such such suchhhh.. a hassle to change our questionnaires!

i have a lecture in 9mins. so a quick update on today. came to uni 1/2hr earlier to email ma. i emailed peter as well; in reply to his email. had lab afterwards, PC, lynn and i went for coffee at the new cafe in caulfield before our next classes. niiiice. im printing out my resume to hand it in for a job there ...or maybe i shld work in the city? i dont know. PC doesnt recommend that i work since its my final semester and the workload is just shit-crazy.
