everybody's breakup story
the dread in voices become more pronounced as did the black seas and pools of meaninglessness that hollows itself out within our irises. when silences grow longer and that four-dimensional reality of what was once love grows into fatigue. we crawl to become smaller than atoms and wake up one grey morning fallen out of love just as passionately as we had fallen into it. of course the reasons would be flimsy. unconvincing even; because there is no need for reasons when our minds refuse to remember turths. yet, don't we always want more? more than hers and hims and what we have; more than promises and chreographed compromises. we want anything that exist outside our worlds. anything and everything that sings and dances with pretty-possibilities. when we love, we teach each other the art of desiring all the junk in the world; all and everything, but each other.
